Diet help!

I have been trying to decide what diet to go on for healthy, sustainable weight loss. Not looking to "get rick quick", just want a solid diet plan to help me get healthier. I have read a lot about the Paleo diet, but I also know of the Keto diet. Does anyone have experience following these diets?

Which one should I start following?! Or is there another diet altogether that i haven't thought of yet?

Please help me out!!
